RMA
For all RMA returns please:
- Call or email A D Metro for an RMA number;
- Download and complete an RMA Form found in the Downloads page;
- Email or FAX the completed RMA form to A D Metro;
- Return damaged sensors in original packaging to A D Metro with RMA number on the box.
Software Drivers
A D Metro provides complete software support for our ULTRA, Resistive, SAW and Capacitive Sensors. This software download includes USB and RS-232 driver support for windows XP, 2000 and Vista with touch sensor calibration and configuration utility. The most updated version can be downloaded from the Downloads page. Additional platform support for most operating systems is also available. Please call for Linux, MAC, Windows embedded, CE and CE.NET, QNX, and other driver support.
Sensor Drawings
Whatever size, thickness, construction configuration you need we probably have it. Please just call or drop us an email and we’d be pleased to send to the mechanical drawings for whatever sensors we have available.
