Capabilities: Testing
A D Metro maintains a complete test and measurement facility. It includes environmental test chambers, an optical measurement lab, impact test facilities and high capacity temperature burn in chambers. These facilities enable A D Metro to offer our customers verification of sensor specifications, expanded operational environmental testing, and verification of customized sensors designs or modifications.
Environmental Test Chambers, 30 cu/ft, multi profile, -75° to 210°C, 5°C/sec incr. which enables:
- Verification of operational and sensor storage temperatures;
- Customized temperature cycling for expanded operational envelope;
- New materials verification.
Optical Test Lab, equipped with array spectrometer using calibrated light sources and integrating spheres for accuracy as well as 60/20 gloss meters.
- Measuring gloss, reflection and sensor transmissivety.
High Capacity Digital Temperature Controlled Burn-in Chambers
- Accelerated lifecycle testing;
- Verification of sensor enhancements and new materials;
- Increased yield in manufacturing of highly durable sensor configurations.

- Impact Resistance Verification of enhanced substrate laminations.
